I took my husband's truck to get an oil change because they sent me a coupon and I live right across the street. So I figured an oil change is pretty harmless. I grew up the daughter of a mechanic so I'm pretty picky. Anyway the guy was super nice and I thought they were great. Well... I left the next day out of town and when I came back a week later my driveway was full of oil spots from the rear end. This truck has NEVER leaked a drop of oil. I had my Hubs take it back to them while I was away again and they quoted him over $800 of work that needs to be done. This place seems shady. Run run RUN! Good thing I have a REAL mechanic that can double check it and let me know the real scoop.
So an update. Last night my hubs took our car here again because we had a screw in the tire and it was 730 on a Sat night. The guy told my husband we needed a new tire. Of course my husband knew better so he just had them put the spare on to which they told him there would be a $20 charge. Seriously...!? Anyway. In the morning we drove down to GOODYEAR which, thank goodness, was open on Sunday and was only a mile away. On the way over there we picked up another bolt in a different tire! They fixed both tires FOR FREE. Stay far away from this Tire Works. They are obviously just out to try to take your money.
