This is for phone and Internet support. There was an error in my bill which I missed until recently. I was charged for equipment I returned months earlier and not seeing the charge, had failed to check and when I did find they added the charge, they would only issue a partial refund I had gotten several varying responses, each one smaller than the previous one. I wanted to discuss it with a supervisor but the rep hung up on me twice. I am frustrated that I cannot contact them to resolve the issue.
I'd give zero stars if that was an option.
