Got to say BB at this location is consistent. They're consistently lacking customer service skills. Sadly they're so lacking, that they don't even realize how inept they have become. They don't care. Try and complain or question why they won't help and management will just give you an excuse and tell you to stand around a little longer then perhaps just maybe the geek gods will descend upon you to help, but no... No they will not. Oh let's call corporate and yes the will email you back. Tell you that they shall check things out and get back to you preceded with a plug for their website. They never call back, because they too have lost faith in their abilities sell electronics. But thanks for the web suggestion. Tigerdirect.com was much cheaper. Oh so too was crutchfield, newegg, Amazon, etc...
