  • I would like to THANK Cool Touch for sending out Robert B. We were clueless with what was wrong with our AC unit. Robert took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with the unit. I explained to him the headaches of buying this pre-owned home and he took the time WHILE he was here and looked at or 2nd unit to see if it was in as bad of shape as our 1st unit to see if he could save us a future headache. AND HE DID because it was just as bad as the 1st unit. Robert fixed them both while he was here. With all the willingness to HELP and how friendly everyone was and the schedule availability offered I would 100% recommend this company to anyone with AC issues!
