  • I went to David's Bridal in February 2014 to seek a dress for my wedding.I was working with a lady named Jean. I had a list of dresses i was interested in, this location did not have a great selection. They did though have the dress i was looking forward to the most just not in the colour i wanted to order. I tried on the dress and it was AMAZING. Jean however did not agree on my dress choice, i wanted in the ebony colour, and she was quite rude about me wearing black to my wedding, she made many rude comments and tried to talk to out of my decision. I told me they were able to order the dress in the size and colour of my liking but it would take roughly 4 months to arrive. i told them it was not a problem. She handed me papers with the style and dress numbers written down and a calendar with the dates on it. THEN a few weeks ago i decided to go back to this location to check out bridesmaids dress with a friend. we AGAIN had Jean. I asked about my dress wondering if maybe by chance it had arrived. Jean informed me in fact they did NOT order my dress AND it was discontinued, so they was no way i could find this dress, my size was completely gone they didnt bother calling or nothing and she didnt know what i was talking about. In the meantime she did not check in with my bridesmaids didnt ask her for help, nothing. We ended up leaving. i was completely upset. so my find called to speak to a manager who was not helpful what so ever. So we then called headoffice they were closed due to flooding so we left a message. they never responded. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING TO DAVID'S BRIDAL. THEY MADE WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A SPECIAL DAY COMPLETELY TERRIBLE. I AM NOW LEFT WITH NO DRESS. THANKS ALOT DAVID'S BRIDAL
