This place is one of my all time favorite bad habits. I have no idea why people would compare a $3 fish plate to a fish entree you would get at a fancy restaurant. If you are expecting more than a delicious piece of golden fried fish and fries served on a paper plate maybe you should fork over the $20 and go to a restaurant. I grew up going to Pete's with my family and I have always appreciated this place for what it is- a delicious guilty pleasure cheap greasy spoon fish spot. I could drink the Pete's sauce....
