  • My cat had a bath at this clinic. The bath was good. The annoying thing was, they kept asking me to leave the room for at least 12 times during the bath. I just wanted to stay with my cat for the whole process. What's wrong with that??? My cat is at strangers' hands. I want to make sure she won't get mistreated. It almost like they have something to hide, or something they didn't want me to see or know. Before the bath, I told the staff I just want a bath for my cat. And I checked the box "do not do anything else". But during the bath, the staff asked me to sign a new paper says they can sedate the cat WITHOUT authorization. What I can say is, since they are really uncomfortable with people monitor them step by step. When you bring your precious pet to them, do monitor step by step.
