The stand is inside the Kennedy plaza mall in the food court which can be confusing for first timers. I've been here a handful of times, and of the times I've visited, the place was open half of the time.
Their hours are 12pm-9pm which is fine, but I have been there at 12pm before and waited until 12:30pm and they were still not open. No note or anything. Other times I would drive all the way there and there would be a note saying they would be open later in the day or that they were not open that day. Clearly I'm just unlucky, but it is quite frustrating to drive all the way there and have it not be open.
The wooffles & ice cream itself is decent. The wooffles are not as rich in batter as some of the egg waffles you can get in Pacific Mall. Most of the time, you bite into them and it is as if you are just eating the crust. There is not much stuffing inside. I usually get the sesame egg waffle and I can feel myself chewing the sesame bits because there isn't enough substance in the wooffle.
The ice cream, however, is what keeps me coming back. Their matcha green tea ice cream is one of the best in the area. I usually get the swirl (vanilla/matcha mixed).
Depending on the combination you get, it is around 7$ per wooffle and cream. It is pricey for what you can get in other places nearby, but the ice cream is worth trying.
