Terrible internet service and worst customer service. I am ALWAYS searching for an alternative to Cox. Technician was here today, for the 50th time, we're paying for 50 mbsp yet speed test told me we're getting from .98 to 2.20 mbs and tech had NO idea why (again) yet we're expected to promptly pay $68.90 every month! Had a supervisor come in (we asked for anyone who would know what they were doing) and he said "this is it, never be better and described "throttling" to a T but said Cox states they don't throttle, yeah, right. How can a company that operates like this be allowed to continue? Defrauding the customers since they don't deliver what is paid for? Where are the "authorities"? Is this another case of a monopoly getting away with it all? NO other options available unless you want to pay hundreds and sign a contract so they have you under their thumb. Any other city has better options for people than Las Vegas, why? EVERYONE NEEDS TO CONTACT THE FCC, BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE NEVADA STATE ATTORNEY.
