  • Dogs are always happy coming from here. They are tired and always well taken care of. My dogs have never gotten sick after a stay here and they are strict on updating their records on vaccines (which I appreciate them verifying). They will ask if you'd like for them to call your vet to verify which makes it very easy! Quality of care is 5 stars. Only 4 stars because they charge for daycare even if you board overnight for dogs (maybe it's common here, other cities they incorporate playtime in the board room rate). I also asked for a specific groom for my Golden after a few nights of being boarded and they only gave him a bath when I asked for a "summer shave." I asked two different people about how he would be groomed and was disappointed that he literally was just given a bath.
