We have had a lot of difficulties with banking through InTouch. We had less problems when it use to be called Ensign. The workers there were nice but the way things are done there does not give me comfort as a business owner. I have banked with them since 2004 and closed out both of my accounts with them today.
One more thing I'll add... I closed my personal account (or so I thought that's what I specifically went in there to do) and I had a pending charge after the fact. So I went ahead and paid the pending charge. Next thing I know, a week later (thinking my account was closed for good) i had 2 late charges from my pending charge.. ya... $70 and another 2 weeks later, my accounts are "hopefully" completely closed. So done with InTouch.
