  • They will lie to your face.. ask about the KARR system that is supposedly already installed by the manufacturer. When they hand you a contract walk away from the sales people and read it completely. They have no intention of helping you and will nickle and dime you as much as they can. I still can;t get the smell they added out of the car and smell it in my sleep. Feel free to contact me i can provide as much information as much as you want. Argue against every fee they add. Scam artist the whole group of them.
