  • I had a horrible experience with the service department. They had my vehicle for 2 1/2 hours and completely forgot about it. They did not do the work, I had my children with me and I was really sick but I kept my appointment because I took the day off from work to get service done. Needless to say I was upset and the work was never done. They assured me that a manager would call to make things right, 2 weeks later and still No One Has Called.
