  • Dealership= $89, Jiffy Lube= $130, but my fault for waiting too long and needing a service right away. I can handle this. They are never the most professional nor do they instill the most confidence, but it's just an oil change, right? Oh so wrong. Took my car to the dealership for it's next service and it turns out my drain plug has been horribly stripped and the car has been leaking oil. My parking spot is previously stained so I didn't notice, and it's a brand new car so I didn't even think about it. Now, stripping it is one thing, but admit to it and at least tell me to replace it? This could have been very bad for a year old vehicle. Never again, and I encourage others to think twice as well.
