I'm starting to frequent the "indie" coffee shops more often-- they know their coffee, and their shops have more "personality" and "charm".
Cafe 260 definitely has great coffee and Fair-Trade-Organic options. They also have a few baked goods (tried them, pretty good) and sandwich options (I haven't tried them out yet so I can't comment on them).
It's a small coffee shop, and sometimes it feels a little cramped, which is why I gave it 3 stars (instead of 4-5). I think it could seat maximum 15-20 people. I generally like cute small coffee shops, but at 260 the tables are right by the doorway, which sends in a cold breeze through the cafe in the colder seasons.
Regardless, I'll still come here to get my coffee to-go. The staff here are always very friendly. I can see why there are many "regulars" who visit.
