| - For the second time in a row my finger nail was lifting , the first time this happened after Kim did my nails I just glued it down This time I went in to get help. The owner little Annie told me that this time they would fix it but that in the future they do not guarantee acrylic nails for more than a couple days, I had my fill done seven days ago and there is no reason why my nail should have lifted AGAIN They try to tell me that it was my fault because my nailbeds are short, I advised I have been getting my nails done for 29 years and the only reason A nail will lift like this is if the technician did not apply it properly or use the correct primer. I do not do dishes and I have someone do my housework so there is no reason why my nail should lift. It is unfortunate because the shop is quite close to home. I will not be returning and I leave it to you to find out for yourself that this place is overpriced and obviously does not care about customer satisfaction, it's like the bad comedian version of a nail salon "5 dollars more" everything you get done it's five dollars more five dollars more five dollars more when I got my nails done I got the coffin shape $15 more, 15, $15 to shape my nails ridiculous OK that's fine I wanted them that way so I paid the price, next because there was sparkle in the gel that was another five dollars on top of the $10 for the gel polish. This was not Crystal nail ,,, Just gel color with sparkles in it, so I paid! To get a set of acrylic nails with coffin shape and sparkle gel was something like $70 out the door with a 15% discount. I paid this because one I could afford it two it's so close to home and three Kim did a good job or so I thought.... until my nails started lifting which according to the owner they will not take responsibility for even if it's only been a week. So in short my friends if you have a whole Lotta money and a whole lot if time to waste in a nail salon. Then by all means go to wonder nails. But my suggestion would be look five minutes to the left or the right up or down or throw a stone and you will find another nail salon that is right around the corner and can do a better job with better customer service.
Ann your response was WEAK! Time will tell how your business either thrives or declines I am not the only one who will feel the way I do about your pricing and as I stated I knew the price of the coffin please read before you respond I find your response condescending and rude... Perhaps a better understanding of my English would be helpful to you. And perhaps an understanding of our English would be more helpful to your staff. I stated very clearly the cost of the coffin and very clearly that I was fine paying it I am just advising your future customers that they will pay for everything even to get their feet scrubbed, although you wish me the best I'm sure I don't wish your business the same I know that eventually people will stop going there when they see your policies are unfair and your prices are unrealistic, so please don't send me condescending placating responses when you don't mean them. I know that is your goal to respond and try to sound good on yelp but the truth will come out and people will see how your business is run and you eventually will end up losing your business and I will drive by and laugh
