  • I am just surprised that coming to this place for 12 years and have the service that was given! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Went to get a 30 pound of dog food and treats for our puppy. Went out to have them load it and the kid came out and said they were out.... Went back in and the 2 young girls said "no problem we'll just give you 2 15 pound bags- I said okay that's fine. Then literally within 5 seconds - the young blonde girl said - oh I can't - I just talked to her boss on the phone and said we can't! (She never got on the phone and it's would be impossible to call someone on the phone and tell the situation and get an answer if 5 seconds) She said we will just charge you the difference! So they reimbursed me $6.00!!!!! THAT IS RIDICULOUS! A 30 pound bag is $36 ( In which they said the computer said they had 5 bags in stock) and they gave me $6.00 back! That means I had to pay $30 for half as much food!!! 12 years of being a customer and this is how their customer service is..... Be aware that YOU too can be taken advantage of at this feed store!!! And THE BIGGEST THING IS: THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE! WOW! So good luck - I am done working with a local family owned business! We get treated 110% better at a franchise!!!
