  • My first reaction when I stepped into the new location at Queen & Jarvis was..... well.... I was like a kid in a candy store. I was almost giddy with the choices I had. The store was set up perfectly and I strongly believe this could be the store of the future. with all the fabrics to choose from and design options I had no idea where to even begin. Thankfully there were amazing staff such as Francois who was able to help me navigate the waters of creation. He started me out with a choice of fabric which is what sets the price for your design. With his help I had two custom designed, made to order shirts laid out on one of the many LED touch screens located throughout the store. The it was off to the body scanner -which I thought was pretty cool - but it was the fine measurements he took in addition that REALLY impressed me. Even measuring the cuff size for my watch since I always wear one. It took about 3 weeks for my shirts to arrive and I have to say they are the best shirts I have ever worn in my life. I can't even look at clothing stores anymore because they won't be able to come close to the price, cutting and quality of the end product that Surmesur can offer you. I highly suggest anyone that is into looking their best and getting taken care of like a king to visit Surmesur. I can't wait until I order a suit from them - I know it will be another amazing experience.
