  • After losing my health card, I wanted to a quick temporary one. This location is your typical Service Ontario counter. It so happened that my husband needed to renew his driver's license and health card, and renew our plates and get our stickers. It wasn't too busy when we arrived on a Monday afternoon at 1:30. There was maybe 5 people ahead of us with 3 counter staff. When we left though, the line up was about to snake out the door. Someone commented in line that they've never seen it so busy. The counter staff person was helpful and quick. It took about a minute for me to get my temporary card number and an assurance that my new card would be sent to me in the mail.
