  • TERRIBLE customer service!! I booked a shellac mani and pedi and buffered 1.5 hour for both, in a rush to get to a wedding. upon booking my appointment, I also noted to the lady that I needed to do removal for both. UNORGANISED I arrived at 9:05am for my appointment, and at 9:30am still NOTHING had begun. the reason being that the ladies did not know where the foil was placed for shellac removal, so they had to go and buy some at a nearby shoppers. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM when I told the lady at front desk that I needed to leave by 10:30am and she told me I definitely did not have enough time to do both services, she did not apologise but rather told me that it's impossible to do both within 1.5 hr because a regular mani/pedi takes 2hrs. she even then blamed it on the fact that I had to do removal hence extra time. wrong- shellac removal takes 10mins, and there's basically no drying time so she was deflecting. UNEDUCATED STAFF while the manicurist was nice and gave a great massage (hence the 1 star) she took about 20 mins to remove my previous shellac mani. such a shame- this place is reasonably priced and actually quite cute. there's potential if they had well trained, professional staff! ** UPDATE ** in the interest of full disclosure based on the below comment : 1) noted shellac removal was needed for both hands and feet at time of booking. please check with your staff 2) what professional spa would not have foil for removal? fully disclosed I was late by 5 mins but your service was late by 40mins (930 by the time staff returned then shuffled around). good customer service would be maybe offering some tea or water to client as they patiently wait for your correction 3) your wifi pw doesn't work- not sure why I would have responded to you differently simply because you are the owner *note that the owner never apologises for the severe delay, but simply "agrees" with it* I think it's quite clear based on your reply what I meant by lack of professionalism.
