Horrible service!!! I went to exchange a blu ray player (needed wireless and Best Buy messed up and sold me wired). Rachel the customer service rep was incredible rude. She made it clear she was going above and beyond and said I was never allowed to return an item again because it was outside the 15 days. I told her all I wanted to do was exchange it. I told her to stop treating me this way and she had a complete melt down, threw my blu ray player at me and stormed off. Michael smurf a lead came over and started berating me as a customer. He said he refused to do the return, started yelling at me!!!! I was appalled! The manager of the store Dennis refused to listen to me. I am done with Best Buy. The horrific customer service, the appearance of the employees (sloppy uniforms, offensive tattoos and piercings all over the bodies that are gross) just drove me to amazon and fry's.
