  • I usually like Lowe's over Home Depot, but today, the service on the floor was horrible. The attitude of the lady back in the faucets, kitchen and bath was as bad is it could get. She was just condescending and rude, not only to me, but the people she was "helping" in front on me. I don't really understand why it's so difficult to do your job and help people with a smile. Even if they don't have answers or a part, offer up some alternatives. Do Your Job!! Just don't expect help these days. I guess the DIY trend really means Do It yourself and don't expect anything else from these stores. I'm just sorry I keep spending my money at the two sad stores.
