  • Paid ~$100/night to stay here recently and was very pleased. Would stay here again. Property well maintained, clean, staff were friendly. Quiet property -- hotel looked full but if any guests came to Vegas to party hearty, they weren't doing it here, thankfully. They didn't have early check-in available, but given that this is Vegas, where hotels are often full and prying hungover guests out of their rooms well after checkout time, it didn't surprise me. They were happy to store my luggage (for free). Note this hotel being so close to the Strip, there are a few things that are different from a regular Courtyard. They have breakfast, dinner and bar service service here (for a price - note there is no free self-serve breakfast like there is at some other Courtyards). Bar's open til 11pm or so. Shuttle service to Mandalay Bay, Aria and Town Square shopping, and airport dropoff (not sure if they have airport pickup). Also workout room, pool, free wifi, which are standard at most/many Courtyards. Easy access to 15 freeway either direction. Lots of parking (I notice one other commenter mentioned "lack of accessible parking" -- have no idea where that came from, there's plenty of parking including disabled-marked spots). Located in a Marriott-properties-only zone away from other businesses -- which on the one hand means there aren't many places close by to walk to, on the other hand means the parking is likely safer. Close to the airport or the Strip, whether you drive or take taxis/rideshare. Noticed that one commenter was disturbed that local restaurants were sliding menu fliers under his door. Uh, yeah, it's true, anybody can walk into the hotel past reception and slide fliers under doors, although the hotel doesn't support that and will stop anybody they see doing it. So there is no key-carded-only access to the room areas....but there isn't in any Courtyard I've ever stayed at (and the last one I stayed a couple weeks ago in Houston, there was the same issue of people leaving fliers under doors). So caveat emptor, if you want 100% secure/guest only access to hallway areas, you'll need to stay at a Strip hotel where all room corridor access is key controlled.
