  • I love shopping at F21 my only problem with this specific store are the workers. I don't usually ask for help or for someone to guide me in the right direction. I only did it because this is the biggest store in Las Vegas. The girls and guys are nothing but rude. You ask them a question where certain products are located and they have done nothing but give an attitude. The very first time I shopped there I asked maybe about 3 employees where i am able to find cardigans. They all gave me an attitude along with a really rude answer "umm you can go find it yourself". Nice job management for hiring kids that'll drive customers away. Also at check out I simply asked if they offer military discounts because the one at galleria does. I've never had someone roll their eyes at me, the look on her face as if she was disgusted by me! So by the time she gave me a total and was bagging my items, i just walked away. I didn't buy the items i wanted too because I am not going to support a store who shows only disrespect towards their customers. I now only shop at the Galleria mall (even though its a lot smaller) or online to NOT deal with such terrible people.
