  • Finally writing a long overdue review. We owned a home in Henderson that Heidi managed for almost 2 years. We live on the East coast and the house needed a little work to get it ready to rent and Heidi and her team took care of everything from carpet to paint to landscaping using her awesome contractors at great prices. As the property owner, the leasing process was seamless and she made every part of the experience look easy. Her rates are fair and well worth every penny. After our last tenants moved out, we decided it was time to sell and again Heidi and her contractors made a few upgrades to get the place looking top notch. The house just sold and Heidi was amazing through the whole thing. She easily handled a few small issues and kept us up to speed at all times. Owning an investment property three time zones away is stress full and so is selling that house. Knowing that Heidi was there to handle ALL of the details made me sleep better at night. I wish I could give 10 stars. I cannot say enough good things about her competence and professionalism.
