  • Was so let down by the Bagel Factory. They messed up my order and gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel with onion cream cheese (???). I caught the error and they gladly fixed it for me, but the one I ordered wasn't much better. The bagel was dry, super thin, and kind of stale. The honey walnut cream cheese had no flavor. So essentially, a stale bagel with flavorless spread. 2 stars it is.
