  • I would never recommend going here- I have gone here for years and after today I will not be going back. Manager Joann was terrible and so lazy to even help me when I called in to ask about a pair of Jordan's I bought for my 6 year old son. They clearly are a manufacturer defect and the stitching it coming out of the side of the shoe and they are a month old. I have purchased multiple pairs of Air Jordan shoes and have never seen such a poor quality shoe. It has to be a defect. The stitching it coming out all over the shoe and completely out of the one side. Anyway Joann was so lazy when I called to even go look at what shoe I was talking about she told me to go to a Nike store - she couldn't help me. What a lazy POS. Do your job. I do not like to write in or say bad things but this was bad!!!!!!! If I could have given it less than one star I would have. Everyone likes to pawn everyone off now days. Sorry footlocker - you lost my business.
