  • Generally not a fan of Starbucks coffee (too bitter). But the open windows and location of this place is nice and airy. During the school year it's usually too packed to find a seat, but sometimes you get lucky. The selling point, I suppose, is that if you're in town during the holidays (which, unfortunately, happens sometimes) this Starbucks is one of the few places open in Campus Town. So that's a nice highlight. Baristas are very friendly and efficient. And the tables all have more outlets, which is a very nice touch (and possibly a response to the outlet-crazy influence of Caffe Bene across the street?). Only real complaint is that during winter, this place is crazy frigid. Seriously, please turn UP the heater. Sometimes I have to leave because my fingers and feet tend to freeze after about 1 hour (with mittens on, btw).
