  • I stopped by Ashcroft and Oak to look at engagement rings, with no intention of buying anything. Alicia, the manager, greeted me and told me about the store. Then she worked with me and we ended up designing exactly what I was looking for and the price was FANTASTIC. The ring came back from being customized and it was perfect! My fiancée absolutely loved it! Fast forward a few weeks: I bought my financée's wedding ring from another store because we couldn't find exactly what we wanted here. I took it to A&O to get it resized, though. (It's an Insert ring, so we just needed the gap widened.) I was expecting to have to send the rings out for a week or two and pay $50+ for the work, but Bobby, the assistant manager, was able to do everything in 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything for it. Phenomenal customer service, I'll be recommending them to friends when they're looking for engagement rings... or any other jewelry!
