  • This company purchased my contact information from a previous company that I really liked , I set up an appointment for a cheap AC check up , I have a warehouse with an office AC that needed to be looked at so I set that up for the next day , the tech Ryan came out to the office looked at the unit and said it wasn't worth fixing, he went on to say I needed to replace the 1.5 ton unit for $6000 I told him that sounded high , and that my previous company had installed a new system at my house including the air handler for $6500 . He ask me what brand it was and I said Amana very quickly he said junk....it's been working fine for the last 4 years , he went on to say that the company they bought there contacts from...Diamond back Air.......we're also junk , couldn't get this guy out fast enough and canceled my home appointment soon as he left , bottom line they don't want to fix they just want to replace. ....stay clear...
