I've been here a few times for a nose piercing (I accidentally yanked the first one out; I went back after a while to have it re-done) and felt pleased with each visit.
A lot of reviews seem to condemn the place for the guy working out front; he wasn't the friendliest person but he was knowledgeable and prompt, at least in my experience. I suppose I could see how his lack of enthusiasm might be a turnoff for some people but I didn't mind.
What really wowed me each time is the piercer, Cindy I believe. She was friendly, but professional; got the job done quickly and relatively painlessly. I don't know what more you could ask for in someone putting a stud in your nostril.
I don't know the average cost of something like this, but it felt a bit pricey to me (~$50, including jewelry/ excluding tip). It's not like the sprung that on me after the fact, though. I'm only saying in case that's of interest to anyone.
One odd thing is they don't have a restroom (at least not a public one). They tried to send me to Nova's next door which made me feel guilty toward Nova's. As luck would have it, I had to pee pretty badly but I held it since I hate using the bathroom at a place I'm not giving my business to. Probably TMI but whatevs. Just be sure to take care of that before you head out :)
