  • Don`t count on Discount! We reserved a truck for the day we were moving 3 weeks before we needed it...and confimred our reservation 2 days before. However, when we went to pick up our truck ( 30 mins before our booked pick up time) they said they had already given our truck away to someone else...... what is the purpose of reserving if you have NO intention whatsoever of keeping it. They offered us no alternative and told us to move along to serve other customers. What a position to put us in the DAY we were moving, we literally had no where to go - end of the month all the truck rentals are booked of course. in the end we had to settle for one of the massive trucks but they company were not apologetic or helpful at all. Very disappointed
