  • the worst retail experience in my 27 years on this planet. purchased a $500 mixer here. off the shelf. it was a Christmas gift. opened it up only to find that someone had returned the product WITH AN OLD GARBAGE MIXER INSIDE. receipt in hand I returned to the store only to be told there was nothing they could do and it wasn't there fault. they even went as far to blame the manufacturer. How the hell could it be the manufacturer's fault when you guys clearly took back a product without even checking it and putting it back up on your shelf for some innocent unsuspecting customer to buy. we have spent several thousands dollars at this location. Not one more cent will be spent after this pathetic display of customer service.
