  • Rented twice from them in the span of a month. The second time, they didn't have the car we asked for (an SUV). They offered a pickup truck in place. Are you kidding me? We had to go to a different company at a higher price for the last minute replacement. It was just like the Seinfeld episode, except it was no laughing matter. Never again, they should owe us money.
