  • Love the pool, salt room, gym, arcade, and lounge area but can only be in there the hours that they are open which isn't convenient at all for anyone I have super good service the last 6 months I've lived here. But of course the hottest weekend in Arizona it gets to 120 degrees outside our AC goes out! Leaving our apartment at 95 degrees!! We had them come out to fix it and they said they couldn't bc they didn't have the part to fix it so they have to come back the next day..waited for them to finally come out and was told that we are now on a "list" to get out AC looked at. Finally the guy come out and looks at the AC...literally just looked at the monitor and says "I'll go downstairs and look at the box" but never comes back. I go downstairs to see if he's there and he's gone. They provided a tiny air vent fan for the living room but its doing nothing.
