  • Four Seasons just finished installing a new unit for us today. Our old antediluvian prehistoric unit gave out on Monday. Four Seasons came in on Tuesday and got right on assessing the problem and after checking it out told the warranty company we had to have a new unit. The electrician came on Wednesday to validate the power and in the meantime Four Seasons was on it again and lined up a new unit with the warranty company. And most importantly lined up a crane to show up on Friday (There's a long waiting line for crane service to lift AC units in Phoenix in the summer). Four Seasons came out today and was badda bing badda bong with some of the most competent friendly AC guys I ever met. They did everything they could to make it a good experience and explained a bunch of stuff to me too. I will be using Four Seasons from now on for anything they are willing to tackle.
