  • I brought in a cashmere sweater to get dry cleaned when i got it back there was holes in it. I brought it back they kept it and said the manager would call me the next day about it. I waited 3 days and never got a call so i called them they said that it didn't happen there i must have worn it after and put holes in it. That was a complete lie i had only wore the sweater 2 times prior to getting it cleaned i had spilled something on it so i brought it in. They told me they would give me a $25.00 credit. Why would i want a credit at some where that put holes in my sweater.
