This groomer is located inside Petz Place on Estrella in Goodyear. The cat groomer, Debbie, did a great job with a lion cut (shave) for my cat. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They did not try to sell me on a bath for the kitty. (Other groomers have tried to get me to agree to a bath, even though I don't want him bathed). Deb and her helper did a nice job on the shave. I had told them ahead of time that my cat doesn't scratch, squirm, hiss or bite. He freezes. The two ladies confirmed that he was a perfect gentleman during the entire grooming. It did take more time than I anticipated. They had said it would be about a 15-minute job, which has always been the norm. So, I stuck around in the Petz Place store perusing the cat food and chatting with employees. It would have been wasteful to drive all the way home and then back to the store when my cat was done. It was about 45 minutes before I got the call from Deb saying she was finished with my cat. I was still in the store. At least I kept busy while waiting. I assume she had other animals to finish before she got to my cat because his shave really doesn't take more than 15 minutes to do. Also, the Dolittles' web site's online form for appointment requests doesn't seem to work. I tried twice to use it and got no response. I had to call to schedule the appointment, which was no big deal. There were no discrepancies between the price I was quoted over the phone and the price I paid for the grooming. I would recommend Dolittle Dog Grooming.
