  • Never I my life have I experienced such humiliation disrespect and embarrassment as I did last night. Kirk the manager your smirking and lack of customer service was disgusting and you should be demoted. Meagan the bartender thank you for the humiliation and embarrassing me in front of customers. Keri you need to learn customer service skills. I hope corporate reads these. I would be more than happy to let you know what happened. I am a president almost chairman. I spend a lot of money at station casinos. But after last night, I will think twice.
