Wish I had gone here to read the reviews before downgrading one of our phones. We declined the insurance coverage on the phone and the first bill included it. Customer service was able to credit the charge. We downgraded to a basic phone for the grandparents and was told that our service plan would remain the same... there was a $10 increase on the first bill for premium data on a flip phone. The representative that sold us the phone never mentioned that this flip phone requires the data plan upgrade to function. Had we known this at the time of purchase... we would have gone with a different phone and because the 14 day window has laps... we are stuck with a basic phone even though they admit to it being a simple mistake on the part of their sales rep. The store manager was of no help and offered to sell us a different phone but said that we would still have to pay for the flip phone. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere as this store adds charges and does not disclose everything up front.
