  • Very cool experience. Pretty much had a private tour with the owner himself. I was Recently into sake for past 2 years. And being in NYC I've been spoiled with great access to the best sake. The owner is actually a Canadian who brought over a sake master brewer from Japan. They get their rice from California and their water is from up north that has similar properties to that of Japan. You can tell everyone is passionate about their product. This is also one of the first time I've had unpasteurized sake. The cost of the tour is $15 per person and it comes with 4 small tastings. This place also sells sake ice cream. I will say the sake I normally drink is much better then their own but it is still worth checking out this place for the educational process of sake making. If u don't make it to one of the set sake brewery times they have informational posters on the wall immediately to the left of the entrance along wall.
