The Subaru service center has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's pretty obnoxious to stand and wait unacknowledged while two employees finish their conversation. Especially when one of them appears to be the manager. I worked in customer service for almost 12 years. I understand that it may have been a very important conversation, but at the very least, acknowledge your customer and say something like, I'll be right with you...ect,. It is incredibly rude to make said customer stand there and wait for 5 minutes. Even though this location is very convenient for me, I will not be back.
