rev:text	Second Cup got back to me regarding the cold interior. Apparently it is a known issue and they are looking to resolve it. However, I'll wait until it is resolved to give them another star. They could have had a notice on the inside of the coffee shop letting everyone know that they know. But still, the fact they got back to me so quickly and are looking to resolve it is a very good step in the right direction.
