  • Terrible! After calling to let them know their website has wrong information on lash extensions, they assured me it was a mistake and they were fabulous and would remove the information such as the contact expert "Elaine" as there is no "Elaine" there. It also states to use mascara with the extensions-which is a no no and many other false items. I spoke with Laura who was a doll and made an appointment. Next day I show up and was given a substitute-"Brianna". The place was LOUD-I gues it was supposed to be "Hypnotic". It looked dirty-not filthy-just dirty with LOUD music and bored looking staff. I was shown to a lash chair out in the open with no privacy and probably not sanitary for working on my EYES! The blanket I was asked to lay on looked dirty and it was black-how is this possible-it just looked old and gross. Brianna seemed as if she had partied the night before and I was keeping her awake. I asked to see a photo of what she planned to do to make sure we were on the same page (I requested 3 times) and she refused-gave stupid reasons-I didn't ask for personal photos of her clients (if she had ever done this before -who knows) even a magazine photo would do as I didn't trust her. She called the adhesive the "glue stuff". Altogether unprofessional, unknowledgeable, unsanitary, and a bad experience-so I walked out! The End. I went somewhere else and had a wonderful experience.
