I flew into Vegas as a speaker, the company that invited me to speak hired Presidential Limo to pick me up at the airport, and then take me from the hotel back to the airport. When i arrived, my flight was 5 minutes late, but there was no driver waiting for me. The company had to contact the limo, and the driver showed up maybe 10 minutes later. Then he asked me for the credit card that was used on the reservation and i explained that it was not my card but this other company. I had to again get the company to resolve the issue which they did. When i left the hotel to return to the airport, again i was asked for the charge card. I explained again that this had happened on Sunday and that i thought it had been resolved. He called the office and they told him it wasnt resolved and that if i didnt give him a card then the driver would have to pay for my ride. So again i got the company on the phone and she resolved it by having the driver return to the hotel for the card.
This type of arrangement has to occur all the time, you would think Presidential would get this process streamlined and effective. It sure isnt what i experienced.
I would have given the company one star but both drivers and the cars were very nice, so 2 stars.
