  • My alarm system was going off after I tried to charge my dead battery. Disconnected the battery, still going off. Called several dealerships and mobile mechanics. No one had any ideas. Most dealers just said I'd have to haul it up to their shop. Then I called Scottsdale Harley. They offered to come pick it up for free. Turned out a battery I'd purchased elsewhere and installed myself was defective. Scottsdale Harley replaced my battery and even sent their driver back out to give me a ride to their shop to pick up my bike. I live 65 miles from them! I rarely ever get this kind of superior customer service anymore! Scottsdale Harley blew me away! All I paid was for the battery to be replaced! I was amazed both with their customer service and honesty. They could've padded my bill like other dealers have but they didn't! I'm a customer for life now!
