They do it again. My gosh I love This nice boutique namely because their way of treating the clients with the utmost respect and importance. I have recently ordered a writing instrument for my dad. It is his birthday in July. I went in and tested several pens. The store manager went over each and every pen. She took the time to go over the benefits of each. What I like about Mrs. Ulrike is that she wants you to buy the pen that you are most comfortable not the most expensive.
I picked out. Now comes to the engraving. They were unable to engrave it because the machine was not working. She said that she wanted to make sure it was perfect. My dad's birthday was in five weeks. She said I can guarantee we can have it done in several weeks. I said that as long as it is done by my dad's birthday I do not care. Five days later I received a call. She rushed it, and it was ready. I went to get it, and it was truly perfect. It was just so amazing how she let me know the whole process. Why do I like her, and her workers? They do not ignore you if you look or dress a certain way. I came in sweatpants and a t-shirt and was treated with respect. The other luxury stores at South Park need to learn from their staff.
The whole team there is fantastic except one I do not particularly care for. I came in to pick it up, and he gave me this snotty look. Out of the entire team he is the one I do not particularly care for. Mr. Coppola is a great salesperson. I just know his name because of the director, and the one girl who works there is amazing. I cannot remember the name, but she is the one who is in law school. I love this store and the people who work there.
