  • As a long time customer I was dismayed when I arrived at Kaliyana on Yonge St and found the door locked though it was 4:30 pm and the posted hours listed closing as 6pm. The store had about 4 to 5 customers inside. A staff member came to the door and said I couldn't come in because they were 'busy" and didn't know when I should return. I had taken a cab on this very hot day! I have never experienced anything like this. When I asked about the outlet store next door, I was told it wasn't their priority. As much as I love Kaliyana, this has soured my taste for shopping there.
