  • They were great. I had damage that kept increasing, hour by hour, day by day, taking my anxiety level with it, and my project director and project manager always took my calls or answered my texts, even when they really couldn't do anything about it. They just said "Don't worry, we'll fix everything," and they did. Like with most contractors, it was kind of hard to get on the schedule but once they started the work, they finished it -- fast and right. Their tech was a pleasure to have in my home and he even gave me some great tips on how to do a couple of things around my house.
