UPDATE: The guy that responded to the original post who asked me to give him a call to get things straightened out... yea, he must be buddies with "Dee" because he's GREAT at not answering his phone. Called him 3 times that day and got nothing... which was expected. He only responded to my post to make it look like they care when they really don't once they get your money. Shortly after my original yelp review my phone blew up with calls from our salesman and the infamous "Dee"... she finally finished her lunch!!! "Dee" overnighted our registration documentation to FL. I'm so glad she did HER JOB. I received a call from the FL DMV about 10 minutes ago stating they only received the title and the bill of sale. The dealership did NOT incude the application (which she should have done) nor the registration fee (which she should have done as we PAID IT WHEN WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE). Once again, we got screwed real good by Prestige chrysler jeep dodge. They should have bought us dinner before they F'ed us. Sooooo now I have to do "Dee's" job and send in the application and the registration fee. Please believe that I WILL be requesting reimbursement through legal representation for this as we mortals are not good enough to have our calls answered and issues resolved that Prestige caused.
